Namkeun “NK” Lim is a Partner and managing director of EMP Belstar Superfreeze. He is based in South Korea and responsible for project development and financing in South Korea.  Mr. Lim has over 17 years of experience working in private equity, corporate finance and project developments with a focus on real estate and infrastructure. Prior to Belstar he was a Senior Director in the alternative investment division at Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), a sovereign wealth fund of South Korea, specializing in global real estate and infrastructure. He was also a Director and founding member of Samjong Investment Advisory (SIA), a subsidiary of KPMG Korea, advising various institutional investors, conglomerates and governmental bodies and a Senior Analyst at KPMG corporate finance. Mr. Lim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seoul National University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
