Michael Lee is a senior associate at EMP Belstar responsible for supporting strategic investments and managing portfolio operations across EMP Belstar's diversified asset base. Mr. Lee joined EMP Belstar after gaining substantial experience in private equity and advisory roles. Prior Belstar, he served as an associate at Woori Private Equity, where he worked on deal origination and execution, specializing in middle-market investments across various industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee honed his analytical and transaction advisory skills as a summer analyst at Evercore Partners. Mr. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
